The clubs presentation evening will take place at The Westoning Recreation club on 15th May 2010.
The following awards will be presented to players of all Teams:
- Managers player of the season
- Players player of the season
- Most improved player of the season
- Club Representative awards to all players
- The Mark Williams Award
- Players of the Tour

Christmas Get Together for all the families of Westoning Youth FC
Saturday 19th December 2009 4pm - 7pm at Westoning Village Hall
This event was enjoyed by many families considering the weather had taken a turn for the worst.
Thank you to everyone who helped and attended and especially to Sue's Dad for the loan of the bingo machine and to Sue for doing the calling.
Quiz Night
Friday 27th November 2009
75 people entered the quiz and a good time was had by all, especially the Westoning Witches!
Over £350 was raised on the night.
Thank you to everyone involved with organising the evening and all the cooking.
And a huge thank you to Andy and Julian, the quiz masters and Ian for helping them
The Fund Raising team have introduced a new '100 Club', and applications to join are now being invited from club members and their families.
Each number will cost £1 per month, payable by cheque or cash 2 days before each draw.
We are offering
1 years membership for the cost of £11 for all applications and you can join at any time during the year.
Members can have as many numbers as they wish, allocated on a first come, first served (strict numerical order) basis, but each number will cost £1 per month. Applicants must be persons living in the United Kingdom to participate.
Winning numbers will be drawn at random by a computer-generated number selection programme on the last Saturday of each month. Results of each draw will be published on the Club website or in monthly newsletters.
Winners will be notified and have a cheque or cash sent to them by post.
50% of the income generated each month will go on prizes, with the remainder to go to Westoning Youth FC fund raising.
Depending on how many participants there are in any one month will determine the amounts of the three monetary prizes awarded in the draw.
For instance the prizes will be:
1st Prize-25%; 2nd Prize-15%; 3rd Prize- 10%.

Greyhound Race Night

I think everyone had a good time although it was a tad chilly, once again a great turnout for the club and we managed to raise some funds for the club.
Again never was so much owed by so many by a few that braved the weather........
Quiz Night

Yet again our annual quiz night was a great success with about 12 different teams with varying numbers from 4 through to ?.
The winning team was called "Out On a Limb" and consisted of the same players that won last year.
The loosing team was of a similar make up to last year although the boobie prize was changed from the traditional wooden spoon to a years free membership at the Rec Club.
However, in order to maintain RESPECT of all individuals no individual team players will be named!
It is not the winning or loosing but the taking part and a good time was had by all.
The night raised £450 towards the up and coming tour so thank you to all who attended and their ongoing support, raffle prizes and also many thanks to all those involved in organising the evening and of course special thanks to
Geoff Bassett and Dot, for all their hard work in advance and on the evening as quizmasters.

Snail Racing Night

On the 3 October at 7.30 the club held its first snail race at The Recreation Club in Westoning.
The evening was a great success and was appreciated by an audience of over 100.
A huge thank you to the Race sponsors and Snail sponsors and everyone who bought tickets for the evening.
Many thanks to Gail for organising and chasing people to actually put the event on which was appreciated by all that took part.
Winning Snail Sponsors of Races recieved a Tin of chocolates and some won more than 1. The Mighty Muller seemed to have a lot of followers on the night.
£426.30 has been raised so a big thank you to you all.
